01 How can I choose a course?

Visit our Course section and read the descriptions of every course available at Intensibio. Each description contains a detailed list of topics that the course covers and the focus: who this course aims. We recommend taking a test in our Quiz section to find your trading level. If you are still unsure what course you need, please contact our manager by filling out the form on the Course or Quiz pages.

02 How much money do I need to invest in Intensibio?

You do not make any investment in Intensibio. You pay only the cost of the course. We are not a trading platform. If you have additional questions, please contact our customer support.

03 How to buy a course?

Please visit the Course page and choose the one you need.

Click the Join the course button. You will be redirected to the checkout page with the need to fill in payment details. Attentively fill out the forms on every page, select a payment method, and choose your currency. Enter the payment details and confirm payment.

Important! We will not be able to process the payment if some fields are not filled.

04 Where can I see all my courses, lessons, and progress?

All your courses, lessons, and progress are available in the Student’s section. To access the section, you need to log in. If you have additional questions, please get in touch with our customer support.

05 I am a beginner with zero knowledge. Do you have a course for me?

Yes, Intensibio offers a beginner course that introduces students to trading and shares tools, strategies, and analysis methods. We also offer a free entrance video explaining what trading is and what it does for a student to estimate whether it is worth investing in other courses.

06 What should I do if I need help during a course?

Each student gets the assistance of a mentor. This is an employee who will guide you through the entire process of learning. You will find the contact information in the Student Section.

07 How is my progress checked and controlled?

The student has the opportunity to test the acquired knowledge after watching each video and the course as a whole. If the student realises that he has not consolidated the information well enough, he has the opportunity to listen to the video the required number of times.

08 Will I always have access to the courses I purchased?

The courses will be available for 12 months from the date of purchase. You can undergo each course as many times as you need.

09 Can I go through the same course once again?

Yes, each course remains available in your Student Area for 12 months from the date of purchase. You can watch each lesson as often as you need, but you can not skip a lesson.

10 What will my learning schedule be?

At Intensibio, there is no learning schedule. You study when you have time and effort. You can watch the lessons gradually or at once. However, we recommend gradual progress focusing enough attention on each topic, completing quizzes, and taking mentor assistance if something goes wrong.
