Tutors All the tutors at Intensibio are highly qualified and have at least 5 years of practical experience in trading and at least 3 years of practical experience in teaching. Each of them is an expert in a specific domain. We raised a strong team of experts across all aspects of financial knowledge to offer the most comprehensive and extensive training.
Academy Management Department The department is responsible for the organisation of the teaching and learning process, events, and overall operation of the staff. It deals with students’ applications, requests, letters, propositions, and complaints. The team also takes responsibility for regular reporting to students and shareholders, presentations, and public speaking.
Technical Department and Support The technical department is responsible for the smooth performance of the academy platform. They develop new features, improve existing ones, and fix bugs. The technical experts also process students’ requests concerning technical errors.
Customer Support The team processes the requests of applicants, customers, or students. It provides fast responses and detailed information on every issue. If necessary, the support sends the request to a corresponding department. Customer support can assist in payment processing, registration, course order, etc.
Content Team The team creates all the content the users can find on the platform. They fact-check every piece of content and check the quality and relevance. The team is responsible for regular content updates. It develops blogs, adds new insights and trending news, and highlights important industry events.
Accounting team The team is responsible for all transactions in the academy, timely reporting, tax payments, and payroll. The team also provides recommendations on the optimisation of academy operations considering the company’s finance.
CEO The chief executive officer is responsible for significant business decisions and controls overall academy operation and performance. The CEO communicates as an academy public face and takes responsibility for approving PR and marketing strategy, business processes optimisation, and profitability.
